To tackle the soft soil conditions, Hale Built's contractor's employed multiple flight helical lead sections for the pile installation. Our experienced crew made two mobilizations to accommodate the masonry footings, which were poured in two separate phases. This flexibility and adaptability ensured the successful completion of the project.
Thanks to our value engineering efforts and skilled team, the contractor benefited from approximately 25% overall cost savings.
