At Hale Built, we have refined our comprehensive approach through our extensive experience in home elevation, moving, and structural repair. Before every project, it's always our priority to sit down with you and listen to your story. Typically the first and easiest step in our process is to schedule a consultation with one of our experts.

During this consultation, we will assess your property and discuss your goals for the project. Once we have a clear understanding of your vision, we will develop a plan and provide you with a cost estimate. We want to understand your unique situation and what you hope to achieve. Only then do we begin to develop a tailored plan of action. If you decide to move forward with us, we will work diligently to complete your project on time and within budget. You can rest assured knowing that our approach is always tailored to meet your specific needs.

We begin by focusing on the design so that our ideas are based on the actual repair work you will be receiving. We try to job scope as possible to minimize field changes during construction. Our project manager is a Certified Floodplain Manager and takes a comprehensive approach to each project. We have a thorough understanding of F.E.M.A. standards and municipal procedures, as well as professional business ethics that make the entire process both timely and effective.
