Tasked with securing a building and excavation area for the deep foundations department, the initial phase involves exposing the building's footing and marking pile locations. The site, in its raw state, awaited the expertise of Hale Built Group to navigate and address imminent environmental concerns.

In the is phase, foundation support took center stage, with steel angles strategically positioned across the building's footing, supported by soldier piles and underpinning brackets. Timber lagging became a key element as our specialists skillfully installed them to retain soil during excavation. A pivotal moment during this phase is where we used lateral tiebacks to provide crucial horizontal reinforcement to the timber, enhancing the overall stability of the site.
