On September 1, 2021, Lambertville was deluged by Hurricane Ida, causing unprecedented flash floods. The charming centennial home at 47 S Union Street stood threatened by rising waters, facing a critical juncture in its history.
Hale Built Group swiftly initiated an elevation project to protect the historic residence. Advanced techniques and precision were employed to raise the house above flood levels, ensuring its safety for generations to come.
