Structural Lift for New Foundation Installation

This Monmouth Beach, NJ structure was raised 9 feet above grade during a carefully executed three-day lift to prepare for a brand-new foundation. The project supports long-term structural performance while setting the stage for a controlled lowering phase.

The structure sat at its original elevation, limiting foundation options and preventing necessary upgrades to improve stability and durability.
Over the course of three days, Hale Built precisely lifted the structure 9 feet above grade, maintaining full control while creating the clearance required for new foundation construction.
With the lift complete, the project is now ready for final lowering onto its new foundation—delivering a stronger, more resilient base built to perform over time.
