The homeowner needed a reliable solution to support a home elevation project, ensuring the structure remained stable for years to come. The existing foundation lacked the strength to withstand long-term load demands, putting the home at risk of settlement and instability.
Our team installed 26 Helical Pulldown Micropiles (HPM) for underpinning, carefully reinforcing them with 5” grout columns for enhanced load-bearing capacity. Additionally, we placed 29 new construction piers to provide a solid foundation for the elevated structure, ensuring every element met top engineering standards.
With deep foundation reinforcement in place, the home now rests on a stable, long-lasting support system designed to handle significant loads. Thanks to our advanced techniques and expert craftsmanship, the structure is well-prepared for the future, giving the homeowner peace of mind and confidence in their investment.
