14-Foot Home Elevation

This elevated home was carefully lifted 14 feet above grade to allow for the construction of a brand-new foundation. Through precise engineering and expert execution, the structure was safely reset on a rock-solid base built to last.

The project began with the need to elevate the home to make room for a new foundation. Raising the structure 14 feet above grade required careful planning, load analysis, and preparation to maintain stability throughout the lift.
Using specialized lifting equipment, the home was raised while remaining level at every stage. With the structure safely elevated, a brand-new foundation was constructed to meet modern strength and safety standards.
Once the foundation was completed, the home was carefully lowered and secured into its final position. The result is a solid foundation designed to support the structure for years to come.
