In Brick, NJ, our team elevated a home 11 feet above grade to protect it from flooding and foundation concerns. This project prepares the structure for placement on a brand-new foundation, ensuring long-term safety and stability against coastal risks.

The home was vulnerable to flooding and foundation issues due to its low elevation and aging support system. A permanent solution was needed to safeguard the structure.
Crews elevated the home 11 feet above grade, providing the clearance needed for a new foundation. Careful planning and staging ensured the home remained secure throughout the lift.
The project is progressing toward completion, with the home set to be lowered onto its new foundation next month. Once finished, the property will be protected with a stronger, flood-resistant base built to last.
