This Manasquan, NJ home was raised 8 feet above grade during a two-day lift to prepare for a new foundation. The project improves long-term structural performance while setting up a smooth transition to the lowering phase.

Hale Built completed a controlled two-day lift, raising the home 8 feet above grade to create the clearance required for new foundation construction.
With the lift complete, the home is ready for lowering onto its new foundation—delivering a stronger, more resilient base designed for long-term performance.
