Double Home Elevation

This home required exterior property line shoring, foundation removal, and double lifting. On the right side, there are two feet of property, and on the left 4ft., with active construction. The team carefully navigated the surroundings and performed a fantastic overall project. Prior to beginning the Manasquan project, the Hale Built Group team was faced with several challenges, including limited space for property line shoring and the removal of the foundation for the double lifting process. Additionally, the site presented difficult soil conditions that required innovative foundation solutions to ensure stability and safety. To address these challenges, the team utilized their expertise and innovative techniques to create a plan for a successful project.
The Hale Built team used a variety of techniques to overcome the challenges posed by the limited space and active construction on the Manasquan project. Customized shoring system: To ensure the stability of the property line during the double lift, a custom shoring system was designed and installed by the team. This system incorporated steel beams, timber lagging, and a soldier pile wall to provide optimal support while minimizing disruption to the surrounding area. Precision excavation: Due to the limited space available, excavation had to be done with extreme precision. Hale Built Group utilized specialized equipment and techniques to excavate the foundation, carefully removing debris to avoid damage to surrounding structures and utilities. Double lift operation: The double lift of the structure was a complex operation, requiring precise coordination between the team members. The team utilized hydraulic jacks and a custom-designed rigging system to lift the structure and support it during the process.

Successful completion of the project: Despite the many challenges posed by the limited space and active construction, the Hale Built Group team was able to complete the double lift project safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to the surrounding area.
