Faced with shifting coastal sands and foundation settlement, this seaside property required a specialized solution. Hale Built utilized high-capacity helical piles to anchor the home into stable soil, ensuring long-term structural integrity against the elements.

The residential addition lacked the necessary deep foundation support required for the local soil conditions, posing a risk of future settling or structural instability for the new construction.
Hale Built installed 11 high-capacity helical piers, driving each 21 feet deep with specialized lead sections and extensions to ensure the addition reached stable load-bearing strata.
The addition now rests on a precision-engineered deep foundation, providing the long-term structural integrity and strength needed to ensure the home remains level and secure for decades to come.
