Soldier Pile & Tieback Installation for Environmental Remediation

An environmentally impacted site required structural ground support to allow safe remediation and future redevelopment. Existing conditions demanded deep stabilization before progress could continue.

We installed 11 soldier piles driven 24 feet deep, placed lagging to 12 feet, and secured 8 tiebacks extending 20 feet to stabilize the excavation. The existing home was demolished to safely advance remediation efforts.

The site is now stabilized and secure, creating a safe foundation for continued environmental remediation and future construction.
