In a crucial environmental soil remediation endeavor on Ave C in Bayonne, NJ, two adjacent properties faced contamination. The project's primary focus was to underpin both homes, ensuring necessary support during the soil remediation process. Prior to commencing, a test pile was executed to verify the viability of the original pile design. Test results led to a redesign involving 7 min-piles and 10 helical pulldown micropiles.

The shoring system encompassed 7 mini-piles, 14 tiebacks, timber lagging, and whalers.
