Industrial Roof Lift for Facility Expansion

An industrial facility in Ridgefield Park lacked the vertical clearance and usable space needed to support expanded storage and equipment maintenance operations.

Hale Built executed a complex industrial roof lift, completing door and header steel fabrication while installing interior girder and truss connection hangers as masonry work progressed.

We raised the original steel trusses from 11 to 20 feet, reinforced the foundation with high-capacity helical piles, and added custom moment frames and 16×16 doors. Nearly double the interior space—built tough for trucks, lifts, and heavy equipment.
